Viele Unternehmen mussten sich von heute auf morgen mit neuen und existentiellen Fragen besch\u00e4ftigen:<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\">Wie anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Krisen ist unser Unternehmen wirklich? Wie funktionieren wir weiter, wenn der Regelbetrieb \u00fcber Monate eingestellt ist und Ausnahmebedingungen zum New Normal geh\u00f6ren? Wie k\u00f6nnen wir langfristige Personalentwicklungsstrategien entwickeln, die uns vorbereiten auf etwaige n\u00e4chste Krisen?&nbsp;Wie k\u00f6nnen wir organisationale Resilienz als einen Gestaltungsauftrag f\u00fcr die Menschen einer Organisation begreifen?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Diesen Fragen und mehr sind wir gemeinsam mit der Resilienzexpertin Ella Gabriele Amann in einer Online-Veranstaltung Ende August nachgegangen. Zwischen Utopie und Wirklichkeit blicken die Impulsvortr\u00e4ge auf die komplexen Herausforderungen, die mit der Entwicklung von resilienten Mitarbeiter*innen verbunden sind.
